Established in 1971 as Fountain Hills Golf Club, the original golf course in Fountain Hills was renamed in 1998. Desert Canyon GC remains one of Arizona’s top golfing facilities. Our elevated tee boxes and greens bring a unique challenge and highlight some of the best views in the valley! Spectacular mountain views surround the golf course, and the 550 ft world-famous fountain goes at the top of every hour and can be seen from almost every hole. This is an Arizona golf experience you do not want to miss!

Rental Clubs

We have partnered with Taylormade Golf and proudly offer the latest in golf club rentals, ensuring players access to cutting-edge equipment designed to enhance their performance on the course. We currently offer men’s and ladies’ Right and left-handed Stealth 2 sets.
The number of sets is limited; please contact the golf shop to ensure a set will be available.

Sun-Sat: 6:30 am – 3:00 pm
Driving Range :
Wed-Mon: 7 am – 5:30 pm | Last Basket Sold at 4:30 pm
Tuesdays: 7 am – 12 pm | Last Basket Sold at 12 pm
Dress Code
APPROPRIATE ATTIRE: Collared full-sleeved shirts or mock turtlenecks are required for men. Shorts do not have to be Bermuda-length.
INAPPROPRIATE ATTIRE: Jeans or denim of any kind. Tank tops, T-shirts, Cut off-tops, or Cut-off shorts.
GOLF SPIKE RULE: Soft spikes only. No metal spikes are allowed. Tennis shoes are also permitted.
