History of The Herb Box Restaurant & Catering Company

Susan Wilcox founded The Herb Box as a catering company in 1995 focusing on whole foods long before it was trendy. For over a decade, the company catered exclusively to high-end events throughout Paradise Valley and North Scottsdale areas without a physical restaurant location. Due to popular demand from loyal clients seeking artisan cuisine outside of events, the first Herb Box restaurant opened with two locations in Scottsdale – Old Town and Central Scottsdale (Shea Blvd). Now nearly three decades later, The Herb Box has expanded into a three-tiered powerhouse encompassing two restaurants, private dining spaces, and a full-service catering company.
